My breathwork classes are intentionally gentle. Designed to soothe- not strain- the nervous system, these sessions offer a safe space for release and recalibration. There's no need to push, struggle, or "do it right."
All that's required is your presence, and your breath will do the rest.
Each session combines the ancient practice of Pranayama—a yogic system of conscious breathing along with vibrational sound, to guide you into a deeply restful, restorative state.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or simply craving a softer, more nurturing approach, these classes are a chance to come home to your body and reconnect with your inner calm.

🧘🏼 WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Intro:
We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to quiet the mind and settle into the space. You'll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably with a blanket, pillow, and provided eye mask for support - this is an inward journey.
2. Guided Breath:
I will softly guide you through calming breath patterns designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This helps shift you out of survival mode and into a state of healing.
You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of emotion- this is your body releasing old tension and opening space for renewal. Some people feel deeply relaxed; others experience light emotional release. All of it is welcome.
3. Integration period:
After the breathwork, we’ll transition into a period of rest and integration. During this time, you’ll be immersed in therapeutic sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more. These tones help the body regulate and reset.
The session will close with gentle guidance, helping you gradually return to a normal state of awareness, leaving you feeling centered and restored.
